3 Tips for a Great Equinox

Happy Equinox! Happy Mabon! Happy Saturday! The day and night are equal, and we are all still here. Horary!

Here are three tips to make the most of the holiday.

  1. Plant a bulb and while you do think of a goal you are working towards. When it blooms in the spring you’ll see how far you have come.

  2. Splurge on a cornucopia of high-quality produce. Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots, squash and more are all at their absolute peek of deliciousness. Make it a celebration and sauté some in a quarter inch of butter, set your life aside, play some great music. Don’t forget the salt and pepper. It will be a whole year before veggies taste good again. Even raw veggies are super sweet right now.

  3. Make an offering to Bernice, the Goddess of parking spots and the one true goddess, (chuckle chuckle) Holiday season is coming and you’ll be grateful for those rock star parking in the cold and wet.

Thanks Victoria Cannon for this lovely dusk photo
